RETURNS POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If you request after-sales service within 30 days of purchase, we offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In its original packaging
With all parts intact
Returns will not be accepted if any part is damaged, such as the gift bag, the garment itself, metal hardware/accessories, etc.
Return Process & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm we’ve received the item and notify you whether your return is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days (processing time varies by bank/payment provider).
If you have not received your order yet, we will issue the refund after the item is delivered/received.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
Please check your bank account again.
Refunds may take time to be officially posted.

Shipping Fee Policy
If the item has a quality issue, we will cover both-way shipping costs.
If there is no quality issue and you simply don’t like the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee (we cover the shipping cost when we send it out).
